The hard cotton mattress production line is mainly used to produce hard cotton and high-weight non-bonded cotton.

The production of hard cotton is made of high-quality low-melting fiber, and polyester hollow as raw material. It is uniformly heated to shape and sliced.

Hard cotton is mainly used for: substitute palm cotton, mattress cotton, seat cushion cotton, cushion cotton, tatami, sofa cushion cotton, soft sound-absorbing material, air filter material, etc.

Features: It has the advantages of sufficient air permeability, full resilience, washing resistance, flame retardant and non-toxic, clean and green and environmental protection. It is a replacement product of sponge.

The production line can also be used to produce non-adhesive cotton, which is used for filling and thermal insulation of clothing and home textiles.

1. Electronic weighing bale opener

Uses: This machine is used for various grades of polyester fiber package feeding, flat curtain input, inclined curtain grabbing, accurate weighing with PLC system, control of weighing error, saving labor and material costs.

2. Pre-opener

This system is used to open the fibers more finely and feed it to the next system.

3. Chamber blender

6. Carding machine

The machine is suitable for carding fibers such as low melting point fiber, polyester, polypropylene and polyester into a network. It has the advantages of strong carding ability and high output.
