1. Electronic weighing Mixer
Used for weighing and mixing different polyester fibers.
2.Chamber blender
This machine is used to store and rerolling the raw material from the Mixer machine, which can ensure the normal order of the process feeding of the next working procedure.
3.Fine opener
This system is used to open the fibers more finely and feed it to the feeder.
The opening roller is corrected by dynamic balance, and the bouncing volume is small.
The steel frame is formed by laser cutting, and its shape variable is small.
Totally enclosed structure to reduce flying flowers during opening.
4.Vibration feeder
This system is used to feed the finely opened fibers(wool) at a regular and appropriated rate to the next system.
The Beaters is stable after running through balance correction.

5.Carding machine

All cylinders of the machine are processed by quenching, tempering and qualitative treatment, and then processed by precision.
6.Cross lapper
It is used to stack polyester fiber to and fro to form a mesh, which can achieve high weight and high thickness fiber mesh. The thickness of the finally formed Polyester Acoustic Panels ranges from 9mm-25mm.
7.Needle punching machine

10.Cooling shaping machine

The surface of the roller is treated with Teflon coating.
12.Slicer
Used for slicing Polyester Acoustic Panels . Cutting specification 1220mm * 2440mm
