①The structure is divided into: pre-needle punching ,Down-stroke,Up-stroke.
② Used for needle punching and consolidating the web.

④High quality steel plate welded, after tempering qualitative treatment, structural stability 
⑤Adjustment needed for varying the bed plate gap. 
⑥Separate motor for delivery roll on the loom to introduce the draft. 
⑦Needle machine shaft can rise to highest point by motor, so it’s easy to replace the needle plate.

Frequency conversion speed regulation of main motor has the advantages of saving power and stable speed increase.
